What would happen if tooth faries didn't meet their quota? In her annual performance management review Lilly is put inform of the senior managers, Freya the original tooth fairy of legend and CEO of the company. Iris, Lily’s Line Manager, a good corporate fairy who shows Lily that the consequences of not meeting her Quota will be literally torture and finally Rose the HR Rep who is the epitome of a jobsworth and has a somewhat creepy obsession with policy documents, nice folders and bureaucracy.
